When you place an Order for a Product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to the following Terms.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased.
Availability OF Products
We do our best to keep out stock information accurate and up to date. But occassionaly errors may occur. If Any item you order is unavailable we will contact you immediately. At this stage you may cancel the order.
The price for each Product is shown on tunes.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 20%. we always try to make sure that the prices on this site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
We provide an option to view prices in GBP, Euro or USD. You will be charged in GBP, if you live outside the UK the price is usually converted to your local currency on your bank statement.
We accept payments by credit/debit card or Paypal only. We only accept payments online. Accepted cards are: Visa, visa debit (Delta), Maestro or Mastercard.
To ensure that shopping online is secure, when paying by credit/debit card your details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Your credit card company may also carry out additional security checks to confirm it is you making the Order. In the event your card is declined please contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction.
We offer several delivery options and can deliver to destinations worldwide. There are a range of delivery options available depending on your location. We aim to please, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any items we can replace these items or refund you. If there is a problem with any items please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us, explaining why you want to return any items. We will confirm and authorise the return. Please repackage the items securely and mark the package with your order number. We recommend that you use a recorded or registered mail service as we cannot credit any item(s) that our Returns Department does not receive.
